Jessica M. Ramirez

Jessica Ramirez was born in Long Beach, California, and has proudly called Lawrence, Massachusetts, home for 17 years, where she purchased her first home and is raising her three children, two of whom attend Lawrence Public Schools. A healthcare leader with 22 years of experience, she serves as a Manager in Revenue Cycle Operations for one of Massachusetts’ largest healthcare systems, overseeing $269 million in revenue and bringing expertise in strategic planning, operations, and budget management. As Vice Chair of the Lawrence School Committee, she is committed to advancing local governance and keeping student outcomes at the forefront of her work. Driven by a mother’s belief that every child deserves a quality education, her top priority is ensuring strong schools for her own children and the broader community. Outside public service, she enjoys coaching her daughter’s basketball team and spending time with her children, her greatest joy.
